Official Registration - Jiaxing GMT German Machine Tools Co., Ltd.
Since early 2011, Maschinenfabrik Herkules is operating a wholly-owned manufacturing facility at Jiaxing, P.R. China. This new company, founded after termination of a joint venture between Herkules and Yatai Numerical Control Mechanical Manufacture Co. Ltd., was officially registered in P.R. China early May under the name “Jiaxing GMT German Machine Tools Co. Ltd”.
